Tips/Tricks
the eggs can be made in advance so why not boil them the night before when making dinner so that it speeds up the brekkie process when everyone is tired and HANGRY!
i do the eggs for 6.5 minutes which gives a 1/2 runny & 1/2 cooked yolk. Add 30 seconds either side for a little more or less cooked.
make the avo as close to serving as possible as the avo tends to discolour when removed from it's skin. The acid in citrus not only makes it taste better but slows this process down.
you can poach or fry the eggs as an alternative but i find the beauty in soft boiling them is you can make plenty in advance so it helps you serve it faster to your guests
