Ingredients

  • 240 ml vinegar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g raisins
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  • Place raisins in a sterile airtight container
  • Place vinegar, sugar & chili in saucepan, heat until sugar is dissolved
  • Pour vinegar mixture over raisins, allow to cool and store in the fridge
