- 240 ml vinegar
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g raisins
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Place raisins in a sterile airtight container
Place vinegar, sugar & chili in saucepan, heat until sugar is dissolved
Pour vinegar mixture over raisins, allow to cool and store in the fridge
