Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until combined
Set aside
Hazelnuts
Place hazelnuts into a frying pan on medium heat
Heat for 3-4 minutes, moving the hazelnuts regularly
Place hazelnuts in a tea towel and rub together – this removes the skin easily
Roughly chop
Whipped Goat Cheese
Place goat cheese in a small food processor and blitz for a few seconds
Add cream and lemon juice to combine
Serving
Drizzle the bread in olive oil and grill
Top with beetroot mixture
Pipe or spoon some goat cheese on top and sprinkle hazelnuts & dill over
You can also use a baguette to make them into crostini’s/canapes for a dinner party

Tips/Tricks
every component (EXCEPT the freshly grilled bread) can be made in advance. The cheese will harden in the fridge so remove about 5-10 minutes prior to serving
if making crostini to serve as a canape you can make them in advance and store in an airtight container making this a simple dinner party snack to serve!
the beet hummus will keep for up to 4 days in the fridge
